jewel % to upgrade.. by doing higher rift lvls... get perf/near perf lon sader and run without picking up grift progression globes to lvl up so you can do more serious rifts at para 1500+ 2000+

Yes, very high paragon makes you extremely strong. Once you are over 2,000 you can play competitively with top players. My LoN crusader has 28k strength if that gives you an idea..
