Without flying using grinding would be fastest way to afk to 85. Questing would be the fastest if your there to watch it because there are some parts that you need to do yourself.
Or you can just buy the paid plugin key and use Archbuddy and that's the best and fastest way that I leveled my pally to 85. I was getting like 300k xp/h if I remember right and you can afk and be alright
