8 Million gold, 19 level 90's and 5 level 25 guilds

Don't do that on your main account. Take some of the gold you're making and buy a spare "botting account". Especially right now, CDKeys are on sale at Blizzard Store - $30 of an investment, you can even RaF yourself and bot a quick 80 in a day.

Back to the original question: Hyper aggressive is what you're doing++ If you're botting on a main account making it look like you're playing 18+ hrs a day, that's bad. That will hurt you should a person ever report you and they look over your account logs. If you play 4-5 hrs a day, you should only bot 4-5 after that. I can't stress that enough. People may come and yell at me saying "I've never been banned", you've been lucky.
 
I bought a battlechest today, and i'm taking a break from botting it's level after botting for 3 hours. Would it be a bit suspicious if I didn't upgrade? Since i'm broke.

Oddly, there's a TON you can do with a level 80 (or two). Head to your auction house and look up the prices for infinite dust. You can do saronite ore shuffles everynight on that fresh 80 and generate more gold than you do now.

Finally, someone who tells me something, I was thinking of just leveling herb/mining on him and farm herbs/saronite/titanium ore and sell raw. I don't know the Saronite shuffle, could you elaborate? Or link me to a guide or something.
 
Since I'll use this account as my farming acc. Would it be better if I farmed materials on my battlechest acc, then mail the ore to my MAIN account so my main character can prospect, then he can craft and DE. Or would it be better to keep it account bound and level it on my battlechest acc?
 
Don't shit where you eat. I've lived by that rule from the beginning. If you send things between accounts, you risk tainting everything.
 
Okay, that'll take longer then since I have to make the gold to level JC/enchanting. I'll do it though. Also, i'm level 14 atm. Do you recommend using Botanist's pangea grinding profile or kicks questing, which one is better AFKable?

Check page one of this post, follow that guide. I rather quest vs. grind. Grinding is dangerous in my experience.
