8.1 windows, not sure why it's not logging in?

Okay I am posting the log directly from the 8.1 pc as I have the win 7 machine running thanks to Code G. I have cleared settings, uninstalled C++, re-installled it. Not sure what the issue is at this point.

Download the latest version of honorbuddy.
http://updates.buddyauth.com/GetNewest?filter=Honorbuddy
Then do a clean install into a new folder. Do not reinstall over a previous installation or move items from the old installation into the new one.
