72hrs suspension - question

I just got 72 hrs suspension for ;

Account Action: Suspension (72 Hours)

Circumventing normal game mechanics has a negative impact on the game experience of other customers.

Type of Violation: Exploitation
Category of Violation: Third Party Program
Character Name Involved: XXXXXXXXX

I must say i didnt use any exploit never on this account or any other I was just boting with grind profile in 2nd pandaria land ( forgot name lol ) and bam.. banned for 72hrs

now my question is - will they perma ban my account right after 72hrs will pass ?? Or im safe after 72hrs ( I wont bot on this account after that then ) can I use lazy raider after 72hrs ban or its unsafe??

And finally - can I appeal ?? I didnt use exploit not even 1 never.

1. always appeal. be the kid that is so sorry, the noob that didnt know what was happening or the adult that never did a thing. But do appeal! Not doing so is telling them, hey i did it. But on the other hand, they know if you did. Still appeal!

2.Using Lazyraider is safest way ( tyrael even better ) to bot. I dont think you have a big chance being caught, still it happens. I do think most reports here come from fellow botters in the raid that see you using it.

3. No one knows if you are safe, dont bot what you are not willing to lose.
