Don't, just wait it out. It's probably an automated ban triggered by server scripts. They will likely do a deeper investigation if you make a ticket, which may result in a permanent ban.

I made a ticket... should i cancel it?. i noticed i got "stunned" many times ingame, this might be done by a GM checking me out in the middle of a quest or?

Yeah I would cancel it. Stunned when, in combat? That's normal.

I deleted HB for now, out of safetyl, including the log, but i saw that at the end of the log there was alot of

waiting for quest to finish ( or something)

So im not sure where those stunns came from, i wasnt in combat.

opening up the exit menu can cause the log to have !stunned messages.

Also mounting/shapeshift errors when trying to interact with taxi services can have the same log I have noticed.
