I appealed the ban and got this:
I have investigated this for you indepth and unfortunately I am upholding the current 72 hour suspension on your account. We do not tolerate any form of third party bot or character automation software on the realms.
We have detected and verified that you used these, hence the severity of the strike.
I am afraid you will have to wait out your strike, which will end at approx XXXXXXXXXXXXX
Please be more careful in future, as any further infractions can lead to longer suspensions or even account closure.
