this is a simple case of a ban via player report, I'd sit it out since you've purchased gold although the hours online could get you of the hook.

this is a tough road. blizz doesnt have to justify anything to anyone. If you agree to the TOS, your account belongs to them and they can terminate, any time, any reason.
