The email says that the reason is: Exploitative Activity: Unauthorized ***** Programs ("Hacks") rather then botting. I definitely didn't use any hacks, should I appeal?

I've never been so much as warned before.

There's rarely harm in an appeal as long as you believe that there would be minimal evidence of you botting. It's generally a good idea to take a break from botting for a couple of weeks as some say that they monitor your account for a while.

How should I play it? just plead ignorance and act like I got hacked?

So, I got it restored. Is it safe to bot with questing profiles while im at the computer? (alt tabbed studying/watching movies)
