So i know all the mods dont wanna hear about software detection, but i only ever use the bot to heal raids with lazy raider and i was hit with a 72 hr ban. I never farm quest or anything the longest i am ever on in one day is 3 hours max. So i have no clue how they would know whats going on unless they are detecting something. You can look at the forum and see something is going on.

What did the email say at the start of the 72 hour suspension did it says (hacks, exploitation or what) you might have been reported by someone for something else and they watched you account it is hard to tell but if it was detected 100% you would be perma banned.
Maybe someone was being a dick and reported you...or maybe a retarded blizz dev meant to ban someone with a similar spelled name. Ask them why you got banned and fight it. If you really only ever use it for raiding, they should lift the suspension since there isn't any suspicious activity.
