1) Were you using DemonBuddy on the account at the same time the ban/suspension occurred? (Kicked offline due to being Banned)
On five of them yes. On the other two, No.
2) If not, when was the last time?:
A day prior.
3) If using a public profile please name it here:
BigRed 1.3.6.3, incl. Cursed Heart fix.
4) How did you level your characters? Please give some details
6/7 - different profile sets at different levels. No queen/sark, most were hand leveled to 20 and then progressed using a skycrown profile. All of these bots have been 60 for a long time.
1/7 - Paragon 10 power level. About 2 weeks old.
5) What combat class were you using? if None Just put Default then the Classname:

6) What plugins are you using?:
Trinity 1.6.3.4

7) How many hours per day did you bot for?:
10-17 depending.
7.5) What honest percentage of time did you supervise your bot?
20%
8) How many auctions per day did you have?:
2-5 per account.
8.5) Did you use the Real Money Auction House (RMAH)?
Yes.
9) Did you Use Any Other Bots, Hacks, Mods, or Exploits?
No.
10) Was your account involved in gold selling?
Only via RMAH.
11) What server region where you connected to (The Americas, Europe or Asia)?
USA!
12) Did you use VMware or ***s?
I used VM's with separate ***'s until about three days ago. I had never been banned until I switched from VMware to Isboxer.
Not saying VM's saved me from being banned, I personally don't think they are particularly useful unless you're keeping each account entirely independent.
Anyway I won't be able to push changes or updates to the BigRed profile for a while, as I currently have no accounts to test on.
I should be back up and running within 1-2 weeks though
