btw, when reporting threads, please only do so when its REALLY needed, really its not worth me bringing attention and wasting time on a guy who really didnt break any rules.

So let me get this straight, HB detects whether there is an update in progress and actively shuts itself down to prevent detection? I ain't even mad, that's actually pretty cool.

no, its done server side. server side its checked for on the fly updates being pushed to the wow client. if an update changes things we're interested in, then the tripwire is activated.

What if they go all batman and dont tell anyone about a secret ingredient? Or do they have to disclose it all?

I'm guessing they have to look at what the new update does then patch it, which could take from 15seconds to 24hrs depending on the complexity sometimes more, just be patient & 100% serious no jokes allowed unfortunately not even to lighten the dark situation :/

theres no ETA, when the devs say its safe then the Tripwire flag will be removed from the login servers and you can bot again.

No Jokes? well, i have one:
On an international meeting of intelligence Agencys in germany, they are trying to figure out, which country has the best agents.
The task is to catch a boar.
After about an hour, the Agents of the KGB return. In their hands a piece of meat filled with bullets. After further investigations it was confirmed, that the meat was boar meat, and KGB got 100 points.
Half an hour later, the Mossad arrived. A whole boar family. All executed with a single headshot. Mossad got 200 points.
In the evening, finally the CIA Agents came back. 5 Agents holding a dear, 1 beating the hell out of it and shout:"COMMIT IT! YOU ARE A BOAR"

took me about 6 tries of launching before i figured out what actually was happening :P its lovely to see the safety precautions are working properly :D
 
Anyone ever notice as soon as Honorbuddy goes down everyone says they just purchased 3 days of time?

I got a laugh out of it.
