5 lvl 90's on 5 separate accounts, still in RAF timeframe, best way to make gold?

I have a full 5 man dungeon team (Tank, Healer, 3 DPS) and I'm going for gold, I want to see how much gold they can make in a month, I'm on a relatively high population server so I don't exactly want to use GB2 or AHBuddy, I'm thinking the safest route will be Dungeon farming, but any advice anyone can give would be just awesome. Thanks in advanced if anyone can help. Also any advice overall on gold making would be great. They're still within the RAF time frame too, so if anyone has a "make 5 of this toon and farm this place" thing, or anything along those lines, I'd listen to that as well :-)

How many hours per day are you let em roll ? haven't tried this myself - but without a main with proffessions ( enchanting / tailor ) it wont make enough.
 
I'm going to let em go for 12-20 hours a day, I can level professions on them if need be, it's kind of difficult managing 5 accounts, but I've been keeping good track of everything. My goal is 1k gold per hour per bot, I'm just trying to figure that out right now. I figured the pros here would have a good idea.
 
At this stage in the game if I were you if you are wanting to run dungeons I would pick up enchanting on at least one and tailoring on all of them.

Tailoring will increase your rate of cloth dropping.

Disenchant everything you find, and look up some recipes for cloth patterns that will give you essences rather then dusts.

Put it all off to the side and unload enchanting and tailoring profession leveling packs when the expac drops and everyone is making new characters and coming back to the game with their free 90's. There is always a ton of players who start playing again after an expac and then die off again in 6 months, and this expac has gotten alot of publicity compared to others.
 
make your own guild, do the guild challenges, level mining/herb on 3, train scribe jc tailor and enchanting. not sure how much gold 5 manning dungeons makes anyway might be better off gathering and shuffling.
 
I'm going to probably just level a bunch of toons and give many different things a try, different professions and different farming strats and everything. So far from what I've looked at there is no definitive answer, and everyone that is making a bunch of gold are keeping those strategies to themselves, and who could blame them really? I'm going to max out all of the character slots on each account and just experiment a bunch, I think it's the best bet for me. Unless someone has a very specific thing they feel like sharing via PM lol, but I doubt that's going to happen :-P
 
Benefit of dungeon farming through the LFG system with a full party is that it's relatively safe, just spread em out and you wont get a ban - compaired to farming herbs and ores, never been a fan of it. Personal choice I guess.
 
Soulman, I have been multiboxing for years. I find that with 5 toons I make each take 2 skills and all the minor skills. Level them all to 600. Repeat process with 5 more toons on same accounts only changing the skills on the accounts. Changing the skills allows you to run different teams and discovering recipes. my recommendations for toon skills are herb/mining - skin/leather - enchant/inscription - tailor/alchemy - jewelcraft/blacksmith. Forget about engineering as its mostly a personal thing. Then after you get two teams, make a few more gatherers and skinners.

Yes it is difficult to track what these toons are doing. Make a database or spreadsheet. I use both, the database to track my toons as I have toons spread across realms and servers. I use spreadsheets mainly for tracking stuff that changes quickly such as JP/Honor/Conquest.
 
I'm actually in the middle of filling out a spreadsheet on LK instance farming, and from what I can tell, it's piss poor GPH, since none of the heriocs are supported I can only do regular runs, and i'm averaging about 300-400gph :-/ yiiikes, right now I'm just doing this one a poorly geared lvl 85 toon, regardless if it was the best geared 90, I can only imagine it going up MAYBE 100gph, I'm going to start seeing how MoP instance farming goes here shortly, I need to find a way to make about 1000gph completely afk, basically no AH use and very little crafting. I desperately need to figure this out. If anyone knows a way, I'll tickle your pickle for the answer lol ;-).
 
My reasoning behind all of this:

I was severely injured by an uninsured drunk driver, and my insurance is barely covering the cost of the medical bills, let alone the fact that I lost my job and I can barely work anymore, even sitting in a chair for over 2 hours becomes excruciatingly painful. I'm very very very afraid that I'm not going to be able to pay my bills soon... I had a friend give me 5 WoW keys, and I had a private party say he'd give me $.75 per 1000g. So while I have this week off because of a surgery, I figured I'd try to see if I could get this rolling. At this point I'm desperate.

So if anyone knows how to pull in 1k GPH without having to sit at the computer for hours on end, you'd literally be saving me and my family from becoming homeless :-/, I just don't think it's possible at this point though.

You can make money writing unban letters with stories like that. I'm kidding :P
But... where are you living? US or EU?
You can get a disability cheque from the government if you are living in a country that offers such services.

I would tell you some things, but I don't want to get your accounts banned in the process. That will make it even worse for you.
Because there are methods that easily make 1k GPH but have a high ban rate. It is still a good strategy if you keep reinvesting after you get banned but it's for people who can handle losses and have a tough mindset.

There are other ways to make money online. There is humanatics (search google) that a friend of mine worked with in philipines. It made ends meat for him when he ran away from his parent's home. You can get your wife/family to do that on the side while you work on botting. It can prevent you from being homeless perhaps. But it really depends upon where you live

Otherwise there is youtube videos / website $ / poe botting (exilebuddy) / more things i can't think of right now (fiverr / amazon book selling (just reword books and sell them for .99 cents each and change the cover/title to a flashy one)
 
I'm going to be getting disability soon, as soon as I can walk far enough to get to the building without my left leg going numb but I'm only 30, so it's not a big check, but this was something that I thought was viable, I got the accounts basically for free, so I don't really care about bans, I actually figured bans into my early calculations, I have them all set up and not linked in any way, not email, credit card, IP (I have access to as many ***** servers as I want). But yeah, I don't exaclty want a super high ban rate, that's why I'd like to stay away from the AH. I heard something about pickpocketing awhile back, but I also heard that had mixed results as far as bans go. Any advice you have brother, I'll listen, I don't want to scrape by on ends meat, I have an okay amount in my savings right now, enough to invest in a bunch of wow accounts and HB keys if this turns out to be a viable option, but I did the math and I'd need about 1000gph, and to not be banned for at least a month. preferably 2 months, after that it wouldn't matter much. If I could find a way to get that on 5 toons, I'd immediately go out and get 15 more accounts and run 20 at a time. If you don't feel comfortable sharing anything, I'm always down for a PM. Thank you for answering though man, and trying to find alternate solutions, I really really appreciate that, it's nice to know people still care, i've felt pretty worthless the last couple weeks, so that was nice to see.
 
Oh, and as far as the accounts go, if I can't make this work here by time my 30 days is over, then I'm just going to sell off the accounts for whatever money I can get, and just go from there. So I'm really not as worried about a ban as you might think lol. I'll take risks if there is possibility for great rewards.
 
Haha, yeah, I figured 1k GPH doing something not so conspicuous as running the entire AH would help with not getting banned, I just don't know where else to get the 1k from, I wonder if it's possible with 5 semi geared 90's running MoP heroics and vendoring everything, but that would need to be 5k per hour for all 5 bots total, I just don't think it's possible :-(. I read all these "success stories", and I'm starting to think 95% of them are total BS.
 
I think I was getting close to 1k gph worth of cloth and DE drops solo running Cata instances by hand. Unsure if Embersilk was simply overinflated at the time, or what, I was just grabbing the cloth for leveling my own tailoring, but...

If you put together profiles to farm each of the old old mats, you can take your 1-2 hours a day you have to put into the game, and check the market for whatever has been scarce for the past couple of days, and just start listing that stuff. I know the Fel Iron fluctuates like mad on all of the servers I personally play on, and I'm willing to bet most old expansion mats do. It's not strictly no-ah, but...

I'd suggest farming up a ton of mats, then using them on as many different things as possible. Real life players tend to sell all kinds of different enchants, flasks, potions, etc., as opposed to simply dumping the raw mats on the market or only making a thousand of 1 type of thing. As long as you don't flood the market and sell more than a human player would, it's pretty safe.

*edit* I was running them on Heroic mode.
 
I'm going to try and experiment here shortly, I just reactivated my old main... Have to level a toon up on it from 80-90 to see how it's going to pan out, but it's kind of amazing watching my computer running 6 bots right now at 100 ticks per second, without any lag whatsoever, I'm loving this lol, I really wish this could be a job, I could watch these little guys go all day :-P.

And yeah, I can get about 4k an hour if I play by hand, but that's not repeatable across 19 other accounts at the same time :-/.
 
I suggest running the toons to 90 asap. Form your own guild and do the challenges. Thats 125 to 250 times 7 ea week plus the money from the dungeon and gearing up. Then do scenarios as they are pretty quick and pay fair. A level 90 ilev450 can do them 5 min or less and you get 15/20g each run. If you do 20 per hour then that's 400 gph ea toon plus any loot. For the guild you get 15 * 250 each week plus gear. To do fast runs and get a good GPH you really need to be geared. You can usually buy some 476 pvp gear for 250/500 per piece. When you can run 5 man heroics to get JP and convert to honor points. Honor gear is ilev 522 and you can usually get 80% of the pieces.

So the rundown is you have to gear up to reduce wipes and kill quicker, those increase your GPH.
 
You should be able to get close to 1k per hour running LK dungeons, especially if you do things with the materials but I appreciate that does involve more looking after and some extra time.

FWIW, the classes you run also make big difference, melee characters will do a lot better in dungeons than ranged imo, especially at lower ilevels.
 
1k gph per toon is doable with the azyl dungeon farm, but highly bannable. I'm experimenting right now with a new team that's only gonna be doing 4 hours a day, to see how long they last. should net me around 15-20k per day before auctioning the cloth. Been banned on 3 accounts for this, but on all of them I've been all "fuck it" and botted crazy, raked in about 90k over 3 days before they got banned, with erratic breaks as wow crashed etc, and didnt use hbrelogger at the time so i didnt have any automatic relogging. Also trying with 2 lvl 90 gatherers, gonna see how much i can rake in with pure gathering of base materials, as it sells decently, with low risk, depending on time of botting.
