48 hour suspension... due to Auto equip :(

left for work this morning at about 7:50am thinking cool leave the bot on all day... only usually lasts till 12ish then stops but today at 8:00am ten mins after i left it tried to equip something from then till 4:00pm lol :confused:

OH i had to read this like 20 times to understand it.

So you left to work, and 10 minutes afer you left the bot was attempting to equip something from the time you left(8AM) to the time you usually get home 4pm. Blizz noticed and you were banned for 2 days.
I never use auto equip. Anything i dont HAVE TO use i dont to minimize bans.
 
well i got home at 5:30 lol it hadnt logged out till 4 and it was set up right its set up to only wield two handers but according to the log it was trying to wield a 1handed sword :S im going to take your advice xcure and not use autoequip again lol
 
Yea man. Well like i said I know some of the profiles get really SPIFFY and dont get me wrong the options are fabulous, but i really only set my bot up to quest, kill, loot and vendor. thats it. I dont even use the MAIL option. I dont use the FP option either unless its embedded in the code.
 
by the way another little weird thing i do is when I have my bot on all day like you. For example yesterday I ran my bot from 1pm to 8pm just farming ore. i got like 92 stacks of Elementium Ore and a bunch of Volatiles, what i do is i come home and i open a ticket to blizzard. Just for anything. Ill make up whatever and it goes like this::

Hello I just spent the entire day farming and.............."

You could say something like, THERE ARENT ENOUGH VOLATILES DROPPING. or IT SHOWS THERES A VEIN BUT THEN IT DISSAPEARS " etc... So you get interaction with the company.. Its like a thief calling the cops for something. In their mentality, botters will do whatever it takes to avoid contact with the powers that be, but I go look for them.. Just a suggestion.
 
Thats a good idea that im questing atm this is my first ever char lmao soo i can find some buggy quests or sumin :) thanks for the tips
