2)If so, when was the last time?: 1 am PST, left it on for like 12 hrs.

3)What profile were you using?: Zuabros Outland Megaroute

4)What combat class were you using? if None Just put Default then the Classname:
Cimmerian

5)What plugins are you using?:
Auto Precision, DontLootThis, OpenThatStuff, Mr. ItemRemover

6)How many hours per day did you bot for?: 12-14 hrs, I think lately I've bene doing more.

7)How many auctions per day did you have?: Everything mailed to alt then put into gbank

8)Did you Use Any Other Bots, Hacks, or Mods?
Nope

9)Was your account involved in gold selling? No

10)EU or US realm? US

I disputed the ban and was replied with a message saying something along the lines that "you were botting". I'm pretty sure I got reported by a guild I used to level up, I remember talking them and they told me when I hit 85 "I've been watching your progress, you're on like 24/7". A GM sent me a message and before I could reply (maybe cause I was too slow), I was banned. 48 hour.

Any feedback on what I should learn from this? I'm definitely downloading ZapSound/Shutup or something along those lines now. Probably not going to overnight anymore.. Should I leave that guild when my time is up?

appeal the ban.

being in a guild and botting 24/7 isnt a smart idea.

outland seems to be hit esp on us servers. Most bans i seen the last few days here are US.

Looks like the gms stepped up a bit there and actually do sumting.

Must be a player report imo.

link the mails here they send you and remove all confidential lines inthere.

A user of the above account has recently been involved in actions deemed inappropriate for the World of Warcraft by the In-Game Support staff of Blizzard Entertainment. This decision was made after a thorough investigation of the situation as a whole.

Account
Action: 48 Hour Suspension
Offense: Unapproved Third Party Software
A third party program is any file or program that is not a part of the World of Warcraft software, but is used to gain an advantage in the game, such as increasing your movement speed or teleporting from one place to another beyond what is allowed by game design. It also includes any programs that obtain information from the game that is not normally available to the regular player or that transmit or modify any of the game files. Normally, this classification does not include UI modifications, except those UIs that require an external application to function. Any external applications that are used in conjunction with World of Warcraft can cause quite a few unwanted side effects. Some of the major possible results of the use of third party programs can be instability of the game to the point that a player "crashes" from the game quite often. External programs can also be used to transmit viruses, spyware, and other unwanted programs into a player's computer. Third party programs can also be used to obtain information from the player's computer, such as account, password, and personal information.

I opened a ticket to customer support since that's what the above linked to. Then I got this..

Greetings,
Thank you for your inquiry about the possible compromise of your World Of Warcraft Account. Our specialists have investigated and verified that there has been no unauthorized access recently or during the recent closure of the account.
The account has been suspended for 48 hours after evidence was produced indicating one or more characters on the account were found to be using an unauthorized ***** program. These programs provide character benefits that are not achievable in the World of Warcraft through normal means. Such benefits include, but are not limited to, character automation (also known as "botting"), increased speed, teleportation, or running through walls/boundaries. These types of programs offer an unfair advantage over other players and supersede the intended limits of the game.
As a result of this determination and the harmful nature of unauthorized programs on the game environment, the action taken against this account will not be reversed. Please understand that we do not reach this decision lightly. This action has been taken in accordance with our Terms of Use (<http://us.blizzard.com/en-us/company/legal/wow_tou.html>).
In
addition, you are responsible for any unauthorized ***** software found to be running in conjunction with World of Warcraft, regardless of the location and ownership of the computer used to log into the service. Please remember to keep your login information confidential. Any account that is registered to your name may not be shared with anyone except for one minor of whom you are a parent or guardian. The security of your account rests with you.
As a reminder, only the Account Administration department can address disputes or questions about this account action. To learn more about how we are able to assist you, please visit us at <Blizzard Support

Can I appeal further after this? I feel like it'd be too risky at this point ;\ .. Actually at this point I feel like they thought I was trying to recover my account or something.

nah they got you, sit it out.

if i see this correct, you harrassed someone or reported someone who harrassed you. Thats why they looked at your account and found you where botting.

"When a harassment report is made, all players involved in the incident are subject to review, which may result in account penalties. "

I wonder what "unauthorized ***** program" means tho... you made the *** didnt you? what did it say?

"using an unauthorized ***** program" & "for any unauthorized ***** software found"

anyway, imo, sit it out.

Don't appeal a 48hour, it's digging yourself in a bigger hole because they could go into further investigation. Only appeal if you got perma'd, even if its a 72h just take it and don't say anything.

Just to confirm I have been botting Archaeology in Outlands for almost 3 days straight no ban.

Just gotta be stealth.
