I advise you to use a Cleric for this, simply because I haven't, and wont, test it with other classes. It runs along thin paths sometimes where pathing can be tough, especially if melee is body-pulling (as opposed to casting, waiting for mob to come to you). If you're not a cleric and it doesn't work, I'm sorry but this really is not the path for you. Still, it may just work for every other class out there, I'm not using them, so I can't state with certainty - do try it if you can find nothing else.
I've run it through with my cleric for a good hour so far tweaking, adding and removing hotspots, and will be using it to level to 44. It kills level 42 Enkarus Stalkers, Blademasters and Trackers, twisting nether and shifting nether. There's a couple other mobs there (enforcers and some named mob) that it avoids on purpose. The named humanoid mob explodes when it dies, which can cause you to be knocked off the cliff.
In the event you do fall off the cliff (which is possible in this precarious place), I have paths running around the bottoms to bring you back to the primary grinding areas. You wont die from the fall, its not that high.
Res point added. No soul healer, vendor or portcullis run. It's too far away from everything to really be viable.
You do need decent gear to run this efficiently. Everything within the 35-40 range. You have this you'll have no problems with dying and running out of soul vitality.
Loot worth mentioning is silk cloth and composite cloth. Its not in abundance, but it does drop.
This profile is probably usable by guardian as well, but since I'm defiant I'm not testing to find out. If you're guardian and use it, please post a response letting me know if it does or not.
This is a small path, so if there's anyone else botting here, give it up for the day and bot somewhere else. It really can't support two botters. I made it for my own personal use so I wouldn't have to share with other botters, and hopefully I'll be 44 before anyone on my server decides to crash the party

- You can port straight to lantern hook now and hit start, it'll run you all the way on a fairly safe route (nothing higher level than what it will encounter at the grind spot).
- Vendor in Lantern Hook added. I chose LH as the vendor at the nearby outpost likes to walk around (so can't be added with any reliability), so rather than have you run to two different places for vendor/mender I've set it all to be in one place.
- Soul mender in Lantern Hook added.
- Will now return to portcullis when you hit level 44. If you don't like this feature, just take out the second <grindto> routine in the profile.

. Btw what souls are you using for ur cleric? Im currently using the default one with the Druid/shaman/Justicar build.
