When you said they wouldn't overturn the bans from the support tickets, was it a note along the lines that it's already been upheld and we won't look into it any more? I've just had one like that and they just cancel tickets from me and say they've already looked into it and won't do again, I wonder if a phone call would be worth it?

Yes it was i called them after that so it's totally worth the time and money.

I mostly did F2F or guild bank this was quick and easy . And the trades differ alot if I was in a hurry i'd just trade 250k at a time if i felt like it and if i had all the time in the world i'd do small trades differing from 10 to 100k.
I mostly used my inscriptionists as bankers and they were all 80/90 SoR accounts and those got banned.

That is also what I did So that means your SoR acc's was closed when you had traded or on this banwave?

Did you made that up yourself? xD I lol'ed for some minutes. Yes, we have an orphanage house and all of the kids are crying because the 72-hour suspension hasn't finished yet.
I just made up a ticket didn't really think of it.

And I play on 2 PC's 1 deskop and 1 laptop.

I told them I was a multiboxer but i only got back 31 wich are to expire today ( the 72 hour ban )

What a bullshit guy....really a joke to be honest. I was doing 150k each day at AH and thats ALOT of auctions , controling mostly the good markets for leveling professions , farming alani shards ( epics - blues - exotic leather ) at same time . bla bla bla...chinese are like 0.3? at mostly days and to get all this stuff from mail box and sell on AH + undercut ect takes ALOT OF TIME , i was boting on 9 accounts...and this guy says he bots on 40 and does 4k each month, YEAH RIGHT.....and i also use my name on the accounts and sending ID dont fix it since you got bannned for BOTING no ID can save you 95% of the time. This is all a big joke from this guy for sure.

If they are payed accounts not SoR, they wont ask your for ID. Also when they ban your for bot they dont give a fuck if you own 40 or 2 accounts, your banned , best you can get is few back on 72h thats all and only if your lucky and get some GM that wana do it and not just auto reply some ToS shit.

Always amuses me when people come on and post in threads claiming the OP is full of it. Why would they lie? He's nothing to gain by telling us he has 1 account or 40, it makes no difference to me. I guess some people have bot envy issues deep down.

Just to follow up on my Q regarding phoning them. I did call and spoke to some helpful chap who seemed sympathetic on the phone (well he was polite). He said that he couldn't do anything directly but he could escalate the ticket for me and get my side across. He wrote down what I said and told me that they'd be in touch via email or the ticket again. Then it must have been all of 10 seconds after I hung up that I got an answer saying that the ban stands He must have been typing the ticket himself and closing my account whilst I was on the phone as my bnet account has been closed and I can no longer log in to it. Guess final is final!

They cannot close your bnet account. They ban your game and / or remove it from bnet, but they don't close the account itself.

Well something isn't right, when I log in it comes up with "An error Occured" where the user name should be at the top and only an option to log out.

edit, my apologies, you are right, it's sorted now. Was strange though, all day yesterday I couldn't log in but my other accounts were fine. I can log in now though, not that it's worth it!
