1) Were you using DemonBuddy on the account at the same time the ban/suspension occurred? (Kicked offline due to being Banned)
Yes. Three were banned this afternoon within minutes of each other, the fourth was just banned as I was typing up this report.

Each account was purchased with a level 60 barb already on it, so I'd assume they did it manually.

Giles Trinity + Rads atom + Antiidle for about a week when db was having auth server issues.
7) How many hours per day did you bot for?:
When the bot didn't crash or get logged out 23.

One of the four accounts used VirtualSteroids once upon a time but I highly doubt that has anything to do with it.
