4 new plugins

while HB has been down ive been rather bored lol so written a few plugins

Autosmelt.. opens mail smelts saronite and vendors
FirstAider.. Uses cloth for bandages and uses under 55% health
AllRounder.. Uses Leather,Cloth,Eternals,Milling
Inscription.. Mostly for darkmoon card!! mills herbs, makes inks and buys Paper from vendor to make Darkmoon Cards

they have not been posted as yet incase of any changes to HB.. but as soon as i know there stable ill release asap
