Well basically i said something like this:

Hi! I was just about to sit down and play WoW when i saw i was banned for a reason that i dont understand.
The mail said i sold gold for real money. This has to be a mistake! I have never sold gold or anything like that :/

Please help me resolve this issue, which is obviously a mistake!

After that they said they detected a third party software and gave me 72 hr suspension and last warning.
Just to convince them this was a mistake i replied with something like this:

I still think this is weird, but i can live with a 72 hr suspension. And I hope this wont happen again.
Getting locked out of the game for three days is obviously frustrating, as you may imagine.
But thank you anyways, i know you're just doing you job

This is not EXACTLY what i wrote, but im pretty sure if you copy pasta this to a similar problem-ticket, your problem will be resolved
