* run on seperate VMWares
* never more than 4 games per hour (a1 bounties)
* 1.5 years lifetime (since dec'12 banwave)

my suspicions:
* errors in game creation (with Visual C++ error library, thou updated)
* gearswap plugin
* 10.000 hours played
* 10.000 bounties completed

isnt it obvious that its 3+ accounts bans only
