Once again they are allowed to scan your computer but that's easily detected and could be blocked. If they try to hide the scan they need to change the OS and they aren't allowed to do that because this copyright belongs to the OS manufacturer and not the user. So they would break international copyright laws.

If your posting 1000 auctions a day on a normal schedule... fine. If your posting 1000 auctions a day 24/7 or even 20 hours a day this looks suspicious and ill be flagged for suspension or ban. It's all how you use the bot. Abusing it will get you the ban you banned. As far as gold selling goes.
