A friend told me when he put in a ticket there's 3days7 hours until he talks with a gm.. What I'm getting at is am I free of any gm's for 3 days? Or does that ticket shit not matter?

Nope. There is really no telling how long it will take. It depend son the issue. The tickets are constantly being sorted and tossed around. If it gets thrown into the right category, the ticket could be seen today.
