When i push start, in the DB launcher i select a profile, and it comes up with this error: There is an error in the matchmaking service. The request was canceled. (Error 316611).

I been using all day yesterday on one of my accounts. I log in to my other account and for some reason I am getting this error. I am not sure why. So I changed back to the account it worked on and its running just fine.
The account its not working on. The Char is a wiz. its level 70. I am not sure why im getting this error.
