Deutsches Recht einem Ausl?nder zu erkl?ren ist sehr schwierig, die meisten Deutschen verstehen es nicht einmal. :)

Vielleicht stellt uns Bossland eine Stellungsnahme seiner Anw?lte zur Verf?gung, falls ich mich richtig erinnere hat er es so bei dem Rechtsstreit um HonorBuddy getan, mich w?rde es interessieren. Leider habe ich von Urh-/WettbwR keine Ahnung in materieller Hinsicht.

Das im Rahmen des einstweiligen Rechtsschutzes lediglich eine summarische Pr?fung des Sachverhalts durchgef?hrt wird, soviel kann ich zumindest verraten.

You don't have to regret sleeping through all the german classes. I would explain the case in english if i could, but there are specific terms in german law that i can't translate in Englisch because the either don't exist similar or i don't have the right dictionary.

By now the only thing we can do is wait for the hearing. In my opinion there is a really big chance of getting rid of this injunction, but in Germany we say "at court and on sea, you are in God's hands" ;)
 
anyone who needs a refund from the DB troubles is a person who is a leech, aka - lazy and incompetent. They kind of go with the flow, like sheep, and refuse to support anything that doesn't give them free money. These are the people who will be the 70-80 year olds in your local bar drinking themselves to death. Because, they've got nothing to show for their lives.

Unconstructive and pointless posts +1, though, in reality - they should have stopped the moment they started.

are you going to bot it? i have alot of corpses trying to play inferno... im broke now the repair bills raped me at 40k a repair with red gear
