Answer to vivendi Blizzard: no it does not bind.

The internationalization of such a complex agreement is quite tricky and may have at least unexpected results as many figures of speech can not be translated verbatim. You may have had the experience with manuals automatically translated from asiatic languages. My advice is to check the original EULA and compare them German -> English from release -> latest patch.

You would need an expert in international law to keep the EULA completely valid in all countries your software is distributed to in version 1 on the DVD version of Diablo 3. Demonduddy does not automatically accept EULA agreements for you or create your account for you.

Now, i couldn't concentrate that much on the defense, as i had to solve couple hundred of mails over the past few hours. Most of them based on refund requests, which i fully accept and am fine with.

However, i also had emails like - "refund me half of my sessions, and i know you will win, my other ones will duplicate soon, right ?"

Or 2 hours ago i got an email saying

My bot stop working after patch 1.3!!! are you solving it? is necessary to upgrade back to work, where I update it?
Not to mention all the other ones that crossed my keyboard.

I havent asked for a refund (and will not unless I can not continue to use the bot after its all "done"), I do live in Europe (not Germany), and I am new to botting overall. Hopefully you will win this case, and if not, I do hope the ones that have bought the Demonbuddy earlier will be able to continue using it, me incuded of course.
