Great product. I never even heard of The Buddy Team until I visited OwnedCore and heard about DB.

I've made plenty of gold in the short time I've used the product and I could never justify me asking for a refund from a company that gave us the discount they offered for the pre 17th date, promise for extra sessions and overall great customer service and interaction with the community.

After a little research into this team and their previous endeavours, there is no way I could ever find it in my being to request a refund from such a great team.

Good luck with the legal issues and I hope to use your product again soon.

I have no idea why you chose to ask in this very topic, as it was already explained in few other. This topic was only to inform people what we did the last 30 hours.



People should learn to read yes... but they wont maybe if you put a link to the case + link to the place to get a refund in your sig it wont stop people but maybe it will help get rid of some of the idiots or maybe it wont anyways much support :>

Thx for update Boss :) Wont ever ask refunds since I've used gb/hb for a long time, so I know this will just take a while and then DB is back in business. GL once again in court & Greetings from Finland!
 
havent been a member for to long but i am confident in the team here @ db ..I respect the team and the speedy fast response from devs ..also keeping us posted isnt somehting they have to do, but the team here @ db goes out of their way to make the experience that much greater for us. Im willing to stick around and not qq about a refund. thnx team and keep up the hard work . Goodluck ...... ps also looking forward to my double sessions yeaaa buddddy!
 
Sweet. Also, I think some people are just mentally retarded and don't read the forums.

I'm American, so of course I'm retarded! But that's another story. I haven't asked for a refund, and won't regardless of the outcome. I would rather se my money in the hands of Germans than my own corrupted government. ;) See, told you I was retarded!
 
Man, I really feel for you. Heads gotta be spinning, stupid people everywhere. Enjoyed the bot for the 2-3 days I had it, and I got full use of the three licenses like 2 hours before servers went down for patch, pretty excited to get back to it when this is all over. Fight the power! ;)

And hopefully the few bad German emails you got were a minority, just so happens they are German.

I really hate people who asks for refund when a company gets in trouble. It's like you only support the winning team and backout when the going gets tough. How the fuck do you get friends that stick together no matter what. But I guess those fat nerds have no friends to begin with.
 
I always new Americans were better than Germans, we always have been =). Sucks that people would be that much against you, especially for such a small amount of money lol. Seriously, if you can't afford to lose $40, or whatever it was (see I don't even know how much it cost), then you should not be botting. Bossland, Hawker, Kick, and several others (sorry if I missed you), do a TON of work for all of this. They have been around the block. Put your faith in them, wait it out, and support them anyway you can.

All others, especially those being rude, fuck you bitches, I hope you get lost in a dark alley, and a bum high on bath salts eats off your face.
 
i will make sure that at least my US customers (Hawker: All Customers that will not be included in the ruling, not US only) get what they paid for.

So I could use a proxy to fake a US-IP and still use DB in germany?
 
Demonbuddy gave me blue balls. I had met that fine lady two days ago we fooled around a bit and finally got to know each other very intimately. We were all ready to go full on and she had to leave for awhile while she went and got her hair and makeup done by her beauty salon (buzzard patch). On her way she was arrested and is now in holding waiting to see the judge :(. So im left with utter blue balls. That amazing fooling around left with me with a raging hard on that only demonbuddy can cure. So heres to the judge setting her free so i can get my rocks off =)

LOL so i was bored but this is how it felt when demonbuddy went down and I had just started being familiar with it. If the "joke story" is innapropriate for the forums please delete again i was bored and wanted to give you guys some imagery about how amazing demonbuddy was even just for the few minutes i got to use it. Waiting patiently Bossland and friends thanks for your hard work making this bot seemingly "unstoppable" and quite amazingly helpful as i know it will be when its back up and running. Run Buzzard into the ground.
 
Since you all know, we closed Demonbuddy down temporary. Even tho the description of the injunction said only sales and distribution in Germany, it was that sloppy written, that none of the lawyers i asked, even competition law lawyers, could give me a 100 % go.

All on my risk, and risking either up to 250k in damages or jail.

Hi Bossland, I am fairly new to using your bot but I have several friends who have been using the WoW bots, Glider, DB, GB, etc for a long time...would just like to say I think you are doing the best thing for the time being. Don't risk anything to get you or team into trouble. If people being impatient, self-centered and pushy then I don't understand them. Real shame to see people like that. I see more support than dysfunctional people on forums anyway. As far as I am concerned no worry about $$, just please kick Blizzard's a$$, they've been making crappy games for years and I would love to see them eat a hot steamy plate of cat dung.

Good luck, if you win this case you not only win just for your business and customers but also for paving ground for internet international laws. You might become famous...and the lawyer(s) who helped might also get more business than they ever dreamed of. ;) With Cispa and SOPA having been try and implemented into law in U.S., chances are good if they pass, they will move into other countries...at this moment, that fool (yeah I said it) in D.C. is looking like he may not veto CISPA. (What a frickin shock right?) We ALL may have to use VPN soon. We already have the NDAA by this admin in U.S., now this admin in U.S. try to pass internet control is like putting monkeys into live and loaded tanks in populated areas and thinking that would be good idea...so I would like to see at least one internet 'good news' story.

Anyway sorry to get off subject, thanks for updates and best wishes in making big money look foolish. =)
 
Well Personally speaking, I think its good you guys even offer a refund. Considering we all know the possible consequences, of botting. I Remember Botting WoW(not HB, i used WoWmimic, wish i hadnt)..either way got 2 accounts banned at 100$ each not including the bot money and the time spent playing.. What im trying to say is. id rather have my bot stop working. then have my account banned. and since no one has been banned thus far. i say Cheers to you guys and good work. iam very impressed with the amount of effort you guys put in to your product and taking care of your customers. and if this all ends up well for you guys i would not mind giving you more money :D Good luck

EDIT: Also i would never ask for a refund ;)
