I was a member of Pirox. I thought it was an amazing bot. It got shut down by Blizzard. I found out about this bot (HB). I tested it. It made me think that Pirox was the shittiest thing I have ever used, even though I used to think it was great. In fact I don't think Pirox was that bad, I just think that HonorBuddy was far too superior and, in perspective, pirox ended up being shitty. Your products are amazing and you deserve all of our support.

Funny thing, I had priox too, then I downloaded HB cr-ack and it was shit... then I went back to my legitimate pirox. Pirox = got shut down, downloaded HB cr-ack again, still shit, mate was like "Nonono, just fork out one euro and try the 24 hour one", after about 3 days of him asking me to, I finally said fine if you quit bugging me.

HB worked great, not sure why, considering it was the exact same version, but, instantly bought 3 copies lifetime. :)

So we pretty soon answered to the injunction and our letter is now on the appeal court, which probably will inform us this week, when the hearing will be.

So far known facts.

Now, i couldn't concentrate that much on the defense, as i had to solve couple hundred of mails over the past few hours. Most of them based on refund requests, which i fully accept and am fine with.

However, i also had emails like - "refund me half of my sessions, and i know you will win, my other ones will duplicate soon, right ?"

Or 2 hours ago i got an email saying



Not to mention all the other ones that crossed my keyboard.

However i made my resume. Worst customers ever i had, were the Germans. I got a lot of bad manner emails, not only wasting my time, but also accuse me of, if they do not ask for refund now, they will never see their money.

So if in few days from now, the judge says, that its only prohibited for Germany / worst case European Union (who knows what LG Hamburg will or will not decide), i will make sure that at least my US customers (Hawker: All Customers that will not be included in the ruling, not US only) get what they paid for.

And delivering the software to existing customers, is another point, it shall be much easier to win. I do not even know if it is forbidden right now, or not, that ruling was a mess!

Most of the people who are mentioned will be getting a refund and pay twice the price in 2 weeks. Karma's a biotch.

That's just how we germans are... always trying to be perfectionistic about our own "rights" and benefits. We're raised this way (which, of course, you as german know yourself). That being said, I am sticking with my licenses and: BEST OF LUCK BOSSLAND !!

Well, i really hope its not gonna affect the whole European Union cause thats like a ton of countries right there... including mine.

I am hanging with you brother and i really hope you win or gets restricted to the German teritory atleast..... Bought 3 licenses used only 2 of them for 1 week :( -> sad panda

Bossland make sure to do a Anti-Suit injunction so they can't just file it again in another city.
 
since you said it doesn't say to stop use of the bot, then why not just re-enable it and just stop sales / production of it for now?

Fully supports you. I will not ask refound even in the worst case, which I hope will not affect you. It's the least I can do in this situation. Blizzard has long been producing not the best games. But making "big" money from it and actually force their customers to spend all their free time playing games. I really believe that most people understand a simple thing - you need a little support from everyone now. I hope for the best.

Because the order is vague and does not say whether or not they can do that for existing customers.
