Yah -- I paid for 3 session lifetime key -- I bough it on the first day it was released and had quite a time of trying to figure it out -- but you know what -- the community helped out and posted profiles, plug-ins, guides -- amazing help all around and I wouldn't ask for a refund for the life of me. I even purchased 3 extra D3 accounts to play with -- all from Blizzard's online site.

with all of these horrible changes to the game - I have 3 friends waiting and willing to purchase keys when you guys get everything figured out - and hey - if it takes forever - keep the money and buy a sammich!!

We don't know that. Attorneys tend to be pay close attention to whoever is hearing their case. You have those judges known for being super conservative with respect to specific issues and those that aren't.
