3 days trial and the first day tripwire..

I had bought a 3 days trial key at 12/15/2015 1:41:49 PM.. Because of banwave HB was closed auths just after 1 day..
I wonder if there is a possibility to renew the key which is expired at 12/18/2015 6:45:31 PM..
I looked for a support section for technical issues but I found only this part at forum, sorry if ı am mistaken..

Just tried the key, system says it is expired..

Send them an e-mail telling them what appaned and include your key and they will sort it out.

Keys are usually reset automatically by the Bossland 'front office' in situations like this. Please contact the 'front office' at [email protected], and ask them to extend your key.
