3 day key still not working

I tried to run exilebuddy once again tonight and once again it said the same message "There was an error authenticating your key with the server. Please try again or use a different key."

I've downloaded the latest published build of Exilebuddy. It seems like the problem still exists.
 
I'll start sending these threads to Tony who will try to arrange someone to TV your PC and help you figure out what is going wrong.

Two staff members have used the latest EB with your key (before we reset it for you) and we did not see any issues on our end.
 
Yes, it is true, 3 day key still not working.
I have 2 Keys, and the two are not working.

- I Using Windowns XP SP3.
- I Deactivated my antivirus (Kaspersky)
- Allowed the program in the firewall windowns and still does not work.
- The folder of bot is in the desktop area.
- I've checked at buddyauth, and copy pasted the key exactly the problem persists. Unable to authenticate.


I do not know what to do, do not buy a 30-day key because I'm afraid of giving the same problem and lose my money.
Please Help Staff.

Windowns XP is no longer supported by the BuddyBots!

This is covered in the Exilebuddy User's Guide:
Windows XP support has now ended. Exilebuddy will no longer work on Windows XP and no support will be given to Windows XP users.

Exilebuddy has a few extra requirements to run (which are now shared with all of our bots, so you can simply use an installer for our other bots to ensure you have the required prerequisites).

Problems with a new install of a Buddy product? Try the Buddy Dependency Wizard!

The requirements are as follows:
Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 Redistributable Package (x86)
.Net 4.5.1

Please make sure to re-run the installers if you think you have them installed, but are still having issues.

Some users might also need to run Exilebuddy as Administrator. If you are having issues, make sure you run as Administrator to see if your problem is solved.

If you try on another OS, and still have the issue, please let us know, and I'll keep sending this thread to Tony until someone helps you :). Support staff gets busy around the holidays, so sometimes they lose track of threads.
 
I personally think, the service I've received is literal crap.
I've paid and I've waited for days, and I still cannot get what I paid for.
I mean for what it's worth, my time spent on this forum probably costed a lot more than what I paid for the stupid 3 days bot trial. All I have to say now is that I'm disappointed.

I think the issue was you didn't run it as administrator. It happens to me all the time, it'll give me that error if I don't run as administrator.
