You could have gotten more reports from the same users who reported you the first time.
Blizz did a followup investigation and saw the exact same thing as before.

probably the case for surewell time to write some tickets in, on a side note they keep getting abuse of economy bans and not 3rd party bans any significance to this you think?

No significance in the email you keep getting. They are just choosing one and sending it for all 3.

Keep trying tickets for them.

Also suggest realm transfers/names, and change of farming zone.
