After I got the new HB, my wow started to run @ 25 fps and lower even with the graphics set on the lowest setting. I have the sync on and it normally stays at 60fps and never moves.
I just done a totally fresh install, and it does the same thing. I checked my CPU its only at 13% when everything is running, but still the screen is like a slide show as soon as he moves. The bot is constantly jumping back and forth correcting itself because by the time it moves its trying to unstuck itself lol.
Any ideas guys? I have the latest graphics drivers
My pc is kinda old but normally runs it great at low settings.
Quad core 3.0ghz, 4gb ram, GTX460
