2 Times '' Use Shrines - Container '' Need help with it

If i look in the settings i see 2 times Use shrines, also Open container..


So my quistion is do i need them in both way Activeded?
So do i need them activity in both (Trinity and the bot) or only in the Trinity?

I have them both clicked, but I think only Trinity really matters. Sometimes the one in 'bot' unclicks itself, so I don't worry about it.

With the box in trinity clicked I activate shrines just fine.
