But if i buy 1 more session to the same account, can so login with 2 account to my 1 honorbuddy accoutn?

But, yes. One Honorbuddy account that is enabled for multiple sessions can log into multiple WoWclients simultaneously. You will need a 1-to-1 mapping of Honorbuddy client to WoWclient; however, all the Honorbuddy clients will be using the same Honorbuddy account.
