1)Were you using DemonBuddy on the account at the same time the ban/suspension occurred? (Kicked offline due to being Banned)
I was using DemonBuddy with AGB 4.5 on my two demon hunters when the ban occured. The ban happened at ~22.30 and both my demon hunters got disconnected. I tried to log back in, but I just received a ban message.
The only thing is that my barbarian did not get banned, and he was using Demonbuddy and was farming Sarkoth at the same exact time, the three accounts bots at the same time.

I also added on Demon Monitor at the day of the ban.

I was using the one that comes with the AGB plugin.

AGB 4.5,

Demon Monitor and

6)How many hours per day did you bot for?:
Ranging from 8-17 hours, I made it vary since I thought it would decrease my chance of being banned.
I use a program called Timed Shutdown so I can set on a set amount of hours before it turns off.
6.5)What honest percentage of time did you supervise your bot?
Not at night, but most of the time of the day, so I would say 30-40%.
7)How many auctions per day did you have?:
Since I had a really strict lootrule set, I did not receive many items so I was only using my Main account for RMAH / Gold AH.
7.5) Did you use the Real Money Auction House (RMAH)?
Yes, but not on any accounts even remotely connected to the other botting accounts.
8)Did you Use Any Other Bots, Hacks, Mods, or Exploits?
I used Autoit to level up one of the accounts.
9)Was your account involved in gold selling?
No, I sold it on my main.
10)What server region where you connected to (The Americas, Europe or Asia)?
Europe.

I was banned at 22:30 on my two Demon Hunters, they were both running Sarkoth with AGB 4.5 at the time.
When I woke up the day after I was banned on my RU Barbarian, he was also running Sarkoth, but was for some reason not banned at the same time as the other accounts.
I was also banned on another account I was leveling up with AutoIt Kulle runs, he was sadly used as my bank in the end, since I did not want to have too much gold on my main account. (Lost around 80 mil on the account).
I have never used any Auction House bots, I've never used my botting accounts to sell gold and I've never had any people on my friendslist (other than my own accounts).
