Reason for Action: Terms of Use Violation -- Exploitative Activity: Unauthorized ***** Programs ("Hacks")

This suspension happened because one or more characters on this account were identified using an unauthorized ***** program, also known as a "hack.". These programs provide character benefits normally not achievable in the World of Warcraft. Such benefits include, but are not limited to, increased speed, teleportation, or running through walls/boundaries. Use of these unauthorized programs harm the game environment because they offer an unfair advantage over other players and superscede the intended limits of the game.



Was just disconnected, then got the email 5 mins later. Also got the same email on my main account (account 2)last night. Main account was banned 11pm PST last night, suspension reversed by 8am. Just put a call in blizzard and he has forwarded it to the GM dept.

Both accounts are played on 2 different computers. Boths have different information, emails, guilds, never traded between each other.

Account 1 is actually a RaF account with a friend. Hunter only got to about level 15.

Both 72 hour bans lifted.

Account 1, i wrote the email "why cant I log in to warcraft" and it was lifted.

Account 2, I talked to the guy on the phone. Said that I was playing my hunter and was just disconnect and it asked me to reset password. Just playing dumb. He forwarded it to the GM dep. Hour later it was unbanned.
