2.5 year member leaving HONORBUDDY after unwillingness of leadership to fix an issue

I have been fighting with honorbuddy leadership for almost to weeks now over what I thought would be a very simple request. I have 2 licenses (1-3 session & 1-6 session lifetime) that had been combined together 2 years ago after what bossland said was some error with one of the account. Now after asking for them to be separated and placed back on their own accounts like they originally were they have refused to do so.

Please explain to me why this can not be done. You were able to combine 2 account but not separate them????? Because to me it would seem very easy to either move or cancel 1 of the lifetime licenses and either move or activate it on another account. I have a hard time believing that there is not some way for this to be done.

I have been going round and round with them for over a week and have decided to say goodbye. My 9 session lifetime account is up for sale. If anyone is interested let me know.

You asked to swap sessions with Demonbuddy which we don't do and you asked to split the key so you can sell sessions which again we don't do.
