What skill is everyone using for Normal rift and Bounty speed runs?

I replace Fan of Knives and the bot doesn't cast any of the new skills I pick. I picked the skills based on the recommendations on the build page on icy veins.

Is there a way to get it to just jump to elite packs rather than killing all the trash? Im doing 65s in like 10 mins =(

Im not understanding how to change it so the damn thing will work. It's been some years since i've used this. So any help for my refresher course would be great.
