Almost always you get the money from processing transactions.

You can access your banned bots for a small period of time before they actually close the accounts.

Email always comes first.

Gives you time to transfer off gold and valuable items.

i think, if ever u get banned u can transfer your items, them blizzard make this game for bots and only ban each 1-2 month for be "safe" vs normal non bots players
