For those curious this is how I am swinging it.
I'm not using the standard demon buddy download build. I'm finding for whatever reason it messes up. Download the rift bot at the link below. The profiles built within seem to run a lot smoother. As in Act 1 actually completes itself.

You are going to need a Demon Hunter for this that is capable of doing one of the Mara 5 pieces builds to get the sentry spenders.
WEAPON:
YOU MUST USE A KRIDERSHOT. YOU MUST USE A KRIDERSHOT. YOU MUST USE A KRIDERSHOT.
Don't care on the specs but if you don't have a kridershot you are basically screwd. The reason being it's the only way to keep your hatred up in order to have the spenders on that are absolutely necessary to dish out this type of damage.
You have three build choices that can work between Fire, Physical and Lightning. I have used and tested all 3 and all 3 will work just fine just depends if you want T5 or T6. You can still get 1.2-1.5B/hr doing T5 bounties. Heck I was getting 1B/hr doing T4.
Three Hatred Spenders to use.
Cluster Arrow
Multishot
Elemental Arrow
Use the ones that obviously specifically align to your build preference. Each have their own advantage the damage is the same across the board.
Fire - 40% chance to fear
Lightning - 50% Stun
Physical - .4% life per hit.
In terms of T6 they all have their applications that make them help survivability and that is exactly why you must use EA and not Impale. I know you'll see Impale on the blizz forums but it won't do jack for you.
Skills.
Archery
Ballistics
Numbing Traps
Awareness
The ballistics is a bit different in the lightning build since its pretty useless and I will often replace it with cull of the weak.
Gear wise. What I suggest.
Mara shoulders, legs, feet..
TNT if you are going to do physical build.
Cindercoat if you are going to do fire build.
Andariel Visage if you are going to do lightning build.
If you do lightning build you MUST use Thundergods Vigor for the 15% elemental bump. Really do love that belt. It's defensive proc seems to hit everything including your follower and pets so it does add a lot of damage.
Socket your body with diamonds not emeralds.
Ensure the amulet you are using gives you immunity to something.
Bombardier's Rucksack Quiver is a definite requirement.
DO NOT WASTE POINTS ON YOUR HELM OR FEET FOR +CLUSTER ARROW damage. Try to stack as much as you possibly can into toughness instead.
Instead of + Cluster Arrow aim for + Sentry damage on your shoulders, body, quiver.
The reason I do physical for T6. Really don't care what anybody says about the damage of one versus the next as they are all similar.
Physical gives you the very best survival.
Guardian Turret + Numbing Traps = -30% damage.
Try to minimize Attack speed on gear as much as you can and instead aim for CDR, VIT, AR, ARMOR.
Your sheet DPS will look like crap when the attack speed is just average but you want to be laying sentries faster.
Go into the variables folder and scroll down to where you see the Demon Hunter Casting times.
Set Cluster Arrow to 4000
Set Multishot to 4000
Set Sentry to 5000
You can adjust the sentry number lower and lower depending on how much CDR you have. You will want to grab CDR from diamond in helm as well as paragon points for an instant 22.5%.
Problem a lot of people make with these setups is they still have attack speed rolled on their hands, rings, amulets, helms, etc. You want toughness above all else.
My toughness when I max it out is 21.2M on DH. Combine that with a -30% on damage reduction and sentries that spit out massive damage and you'll clear the bounties pretty fast.
Lastly, I do find A4 to be FASTER. The only problem I'm running into is the silver spire area where things just fall to crap. Only area in Act 1 that seems to pose any issue is the Butcher.
