this program is real crap. it might help, if you have very weak CPU like Dual core 1.8ghz and trying to run 2-3 bots. this programm will disable few services in windows, like sound, aero effect, razer software. but if you have en Quad Core PC, and at IDLE CPU load is 0%, than this program gamebooster does not help. i also tryed programm Advanced Care 4, which includes a small programm called "Smart RAM". this also is so crappy, it make free RAM memory, but all what this programm do is removing data from RAM to HDD:)))) and then all other programms stars working very very slowly. so then there is only one way to get speed - buy a fast CPU.
 
When i have time i will add a little tutorial how to increase the amount of bots running on a computer.
Some Points - for the moment are:
* rivatuner: My Bots look like the guys in virtua fighter 1 because of extended graphic settings ( http://media.arstechnica.com/journals/thumbs.media/virtua_fighter.gif ) (will add the points which should be changed, when i am home)
* minimize bot tool (pirox/hb) - this makes really a difference!
* disable windows features like aero design etc.
* extend swap data (1-2x of RAM, it's important even when you have more ram than you need)
* limit fps to 15~!
* ...

And you want to build a new PC only for botting there a many aspects you have to notice.

"Software", which proves to improve your performance i do not recommend. They destroy more than you might think and in most cases you cannot comprehend what they do.

I would love to try! The only problem is that my Account only supports 3 Bots atm (got over 15+ Bot Accounts for Testing) :-(

with that not agree. if i set 25fps, then sometimes bot are disconnecting, true reason i dont know, but when i come back i see than few bots are disconnected. if i set 30fps, then 14 bots can work without discs during 12hours.
 
I used to run 26 bots on the computer from my signature, until all got banned. The CPU? and RAM usage were about 50% load.

i dont understand, how CPU usage can be 50% with 26bots? what limit of fps you had? when you had 26 bots? last version of WOW uses much more CPU than WOW client a year ago.
 
26 bots lol u must have new generation cpu Intel i12 :)))

John1337 tell me what windows use and what is ur PC config ..... ?
 
At 1st i thought he might have a dual Xeon board, but then i read the specs in his sig, nice unit...what were the 920 quad cores? they were top of the line if i recall.
If this was a few years ago 26 ya I believe him, alltho i could never do it lol. grats :P
 
I was doing this about 5 months ago. And my bots were running with 15 FPS all details low - resolution 200*180 (maybe you should look in to this :) ). The config could have run 40 bots with no problem, I guarantee.

5 months ago HB uses much less CPU power than now. secodnly, if i set 25fps then sometimes bots are not working properly and might stuck and disconnect. so now minimal stable fps for bots is 30.
 
My Bots are working fine @ 15FPS without discs. Sometimes it was hard for my system, when 3-4 were in high populated citys on big servers like orgrimmar but that was the only exception.

Sorry, will add this later, i have to be at work this week 13-14h/day so i do not have much time. I will add them by saturday by the latest.
 
The fps will be interesting to try, Ive a spare I3 that i would like to experiment with. Ive run a 2600k for quite awhile and when i 1st built the I3 for play I was a bit disappointed in it, but i was running it on similar settings to the 2600k. Also would be interested to know if the fps settings are strictly because of video card performance or if there are other reasons to use lower fps such as network signals? Thx for the tips guys :)
