12 Accounts Banned ( )

Its obvoius that Blizzard is just massively banning ppl farming Herbalism & Minning. Its difficult to say if they are catching those ppl by AH activity analysys, player report or bot detection.
 
They have updated their filter to be more sensitive. Thats all.

A couple of months ago you'd get banned within 20 hours if you botted in a small circle killing one type of mob (grinding).

Now they've updated it to use more processing power and analyze bigger chunks of data, and guess what, that little circle is not so little anymore. Basically if you're using GB2 24/7 with small reloggs you sir r screwed.

If you wanna continue using WoW bots you either have to:
1. Bot like a casual player, like 4 hours a day in multiple routes etc.
2. Make a mega complex pathing which farms 20 different routes and have relogs for atleast 2-4 hours after a 8 hour botting session.


But I do agree with the poster, it is ignorant and foolish to not warn people that blizzard has updated their filters. Its quite evident that they have when you get account closures which has nothing to do with the offense you did. It just says "exchanged goods for money bla bla yada yada", even tho what you did was just 24/7 botting and never selling any gold just stockpiling it.

Oh, now you knew about this warning and still did not stop botting or at least do it less?

Its always happend in US server on every single week.

Its the GMS actually doing what they shud do every day and look for botters on all realms
I am 100% sure of the information and just confirmed it with a GM friend who even warned me few 3 weeks ago but I thought he was trolling

I am sorry for your loss but there is a question I have to ask. If a GM warned you that your accounts are under investigation, why are you blaming me for not warning you? I have no way of knowing.

If xXxTheBossxXx had the "insider infos" (I doubt it) he should have warned us.
 
I got banned 2 accounts which ran 12 hours+ a day. I cut it back to 4 and have not had any issues since

This. A ban wave would hit thousands, and we would be FLOODED with ban reports.
 
I didnt say it on forums because he would get into trouble if it was true
and I already said he told me like 3 weeks ago I stopped for 2 weeks then I botted again and i got banned
Im pretty sure bossland can get to that kind of information before we do
