i'm thinking bans come with every tuesday, bliz wants to try scare ppl in thinking they are banning in waves but what they're prob doing is flagging each account throughout the week and when tuesday hits they ban them all at once

It's just speculation (that's why i didn't go omg ban wave coming, run!)...lost 5 accounts in that last long maintenance, not botting on monday and moving all gear off just in case

and with that announcement, gold dropped 6 cents (last i checked).

It was the recent patch, I was banned a few hours before the maintenance.

I'm a firm believer in the flagged model of banning. They just flag things as they go and hit the big red ban button when they want. I also believe in linking accounts because when i did get hit, my very old accounts and very new accounts got hit together (few months vs few days)

Doubt that this long maintenance has anything to do with bans, they can ban whoever they want, without turning off servers.

Game Maintenance has nothing to do with bans. Yeah sure some gonna get ban, but its just a normal day. Blizz dont need to close down D3 servers to ban people.. LOL you guys
