have commented on this multiple times before - the population of buyers you are trying to cater to changes the further we are into the xpac. More serious botters are more serious about buying useful products. A lot of your work is spent on stuff we finished days after legion was released. All semi serious botters have countless 110's already with free profiles. If you deleted the entire 1-110 part of your product and spent all your time perfecting Suramar this late into the expansion, there would be more interest in your project. No criticism implied, just stating my opinion - I don't need help getting my 15th 110 this late in the expansion when the free quest level packet is awesome. All I need is a good WQ product and a good Suramar product for the next several weeks. If I want millions of gold then farming is a whole different category, but for progression all we need is WQ and Suramar at this point.

I'm having problems using your product. I want to quest in Suramar when I start the profile It just teleports me to Shalaan and does not move anymore. sometimes he walks to the portals And it seems like he wants to use one which is not yet unlocked. log is attached, Thanks in advance.

It seem your bot have not opened the Portal to Sanctum of Order for some reason, would make a verbose check for it.

Last update was approved today evening, so it would take 1-2 days usually.
To not stop the questing, you can get 100 mana and unlock the Sanctum portal either by yourself, or go in Suramar City, and restart the bot, so it would detect the quest for it, and open it.

i just click mask manually and it continues

You need more reputation for further quest progressing in Suramar:

The above was prompted on the HB log with red color before bot stop.
Regarding the mask quest, it seems the quest fails on certain characters, but I still cannot get a quality log to debug it. All of my 8 testing toons passed it without issue, so cannot replicate it myself.

TuanHa CR is not AFK friendly, so 100% Questing is barely possible with it.
Switch to Singular, and try again please.

Regarding the first issue - Questing cannot continue, while your questlog is full. Even after it looks not filled, the Emissary quests are counted in this number too , even after they are "hidden" off the questlist.

Looking for help on Suramar.

I'm at the "Sympathizers Among the Shal'dorei" quest from First Arcanist Thalyssra. If she has the quest maker (!) up, bot just constantly clicks her and never accepts the quest.. not sure if it's because she also offers the "I wish to trade" and "I wish to bind my hearthstone here" options. If I stop the bot, manually accept the quest, and reload the profile and start... hoping it reparses the current quest status... it just stands by her "Waiting for NPC to show a quest cursor." Is there a way to "purge" whatever the bot knows about my quest status so when the bot starts it sees I'm already on that quest and continues on with it?

The PreInteractMountStrategy spam is due to yesterday changes to the IW behavior from, it is preliminary notice, not affecting the behavior functionality.

Out of your log, its recommended to disable all the 3rd party plugins, like:

[22:03:32.287 N] [Botter Helper 32.287]: Setting Main BotBase to <Questing>

The Questing botbase profiles are developed for 100% AFK, so any 3rd party tool would most likely alter their functionality.

Needs a log file, to figure out if something is wrong with this behavior, or there is other stuff interfering, so you can continue your questing.

My toon is running around like a headless chicken trying to avoid being "seen". That behavior looks really funky ...

Hello.

Could you provide a logfile for this, to check what could cause this funky move.

The only avoid behavior is used while on the escort quest, for obvious reasons - if not set the avoidance, it will never complete it
