10 buddys PC configuration

I want to ask you guys, what acceptable PC configuration is for running 10 demonbuddys and 10 D3 at the same time.
Is any heavy investement required, and if so, what to invest into? CPU, VGA, RAM, HDD/SSD?

If you dont know a direct or estimate answer, please, at least describe your personal experience, like you was running 3x/5x bots on some PC and it was(or wasnt) smooth!

RAM, 16 gb or more (32 i think), CPU i7, SSD better than HD, VGA i don't know.

I have much harder questions:
1) Really 3 VMware are not safer than 10bots on 1 PC with 1 IP ?
2) or people are using some other software instead of v p n for hidding IP's?
3) 1 paypal account can be assigned to 1 mule only, or to 2+ battle.net accs?

ps. 64GB ssd, 2700K, 16GB, 560GT should go smooth with right options.

500-800€ is what you need to run 10+ bots
