So I found this xp hog. no killing required.
first get as much speed as your toon can handle (25% movement speed)
set up skills for any speed boosts you can get (warrior sprint, steed for crusader)
open up adventure mode.
go to act III TORMENT VI!!!!!!
choose rakkis crossing
run and check for the tower quest right after to portal
if its there, start the quest and don't skip the speech. let it play through. this will give you time to run up the tower before the event starts. get to the top and turn in the quest.
if the quest isn't there, restart a new game in adventure mode and keep looking. it's popped once every 3-5 games for me. turning it in gives around 10-14million xp.
