Greetings,
Thank you for your appeal inquiry.
After reviewing pertinent logs, we have determined that the action taken against your account for use of 3rd party programs was correct. We will not be reversing relevant suspensions and/or notes applied to your account.

All I did was log into the accounts, make characters, get patron, then wait for labor. When I logged in to use the labor I was banned on all 10 accounts. Any ideas how to get around this? Would using the remote launcher help?

Did you use proxy or anything, or you logged in from the same IP with all accs?
 
Private socks5 proxies, 1 for each of the accounts.

Any idea why they would all be banned at the same time? Could it be the proxies? Or for not using remote launcher?

If you made them all patron the same day as creating the accounts that was sort of dumb tbh. I'm not sure what you mean by remote launcher. Use maxthon with your socks5, create the account with your socks5, clear your data, login the account only with archebuddy never with glyph. Bot the account for a few days to ensure the socks5 isn't already flagged. If it gets banned, either trash the socks5 and get a new one, or appeal the account and if its unbanned you should bot it for a few days then decide to make it patron. Never make it patron without having botted it for a few days+.
 
I made them patron 3-4 days after making the accounts, havent tried that launcher but I never logged them in with glyph to launch the game. I guess it may just be someone caused the subnet of all of the proxies to be flagged. I was leveling them with labor, so that's why I needed to get them patron sooner. Subnet/proxy being flagged could also be the reason for 3/10 being banned for no reason and then appealed shortly after creation. Guess it might just be worth it to try to run my own proxies since I have some computers lying around I could use for it. Are there any programs I should look at for socks5 proxy servers?
