1 month asking help and support didnt do the job

I bought 2 licenses since the beginnign of DB and 1 month ago i receive this problem when i try to connect to Home Page - Buddy Auth Portal (to manage my keys)
I sent a lot emails to customer support and i didnt receive a simple answer about it. I thought when they put the sales back online they would fix it but they DIDN'T!!!!
Please fix me this problem to log in into buddyauth. ( 2 keys for 3 lifetime sesion each)

but your having trouble connecting to the portal?

Delete your Cookies and try again. It's a problem on your side! Never experienced such a problem with the buddy portal.

Which browser are you using?

I dont think is a problem n my side, because i tried from diferent computers and conection, also a friend tried to enter to buddyauth with my account and he received the same error.
Tried Chrome, Explorer, Mozilla, and nothing... all the time i receive the same error.

Is a problem with the webpage to manage the KEYS, i can use the keys with DemonBuddy, but cant enter to that page (and i could before).

i just had the same screen, its like an authentication problem on the portal.

ok.. i get that screen when i try to sign in with the wrong username or the wrong email address..

i think i may have confused myself with the logins for new accounts.
gotta keep track of the emails..

m3ch, you got the buddy auth confirmation email?

just make sure you are logging onto the same email/login, as it is possible to register on the buddy portal with a username and the wron email, and then find that you cant associate that username with the correct email.

do u get what i mean?

in the payments section there are a heap of people making small mistakes with their emails, locking themselves out from both the authorisation process.

perhaps we could post there with your issue?

same issue here, purchased more keys and just wanted to manage them all, forgot buddyauth passwords

application error page comes up when trying to resend verification email or reset password

so, take note of what email address is attached to the buddy auth confirmation email, which is your proof you paid, and send those details to bossland at [email protected] and wait for him to sort our mistakes.

it would be great if we had a change email button as well as a change password button on the auth page, once your logged in you cant see what email address is associated with your username...
