1 bot now?

I used to be able to do 3 bots, now 2 bots, now 1 bot. Why are the bots decreasing? I know it's IP ban, but this is getting ridiculous. (Now I can't use any bots, I would hope this gets fixed soon as it is pointless if my keys expired)

Because the bots aren't working properly. I had 2 working now none work. I can't run any bots and I seriously am not going to use other 3rd party sources just to run my bots lol if it doesn't get fixed I'll just refund.

No I am fine it's just everyone has this issue so I am sure you guys already got a lot of complaints about this. Right now only 1 bot seems to be working and don't want to run 2 right now for the IP bans. You mentioned to not go on your device while you have a bot running correct? Is that for the same character or can I log in to a different one and see what I can sort out? Or is it better to close out all bots before logging into an account on my phone.
